I am a psychotherapist, space holder, and mystic devoted to supporting others in their journeys of healing and self-discovery. My mission is to create a transformative space where every part of you is invited to be seen, felt, and embraced. With authenticity, compassion, and deep care, I will meet you exactly where you are, honoring your unique process with grounded presence.

I specialize in trauma studies, and my deep interest lies in exploring and studying healing maps—pathways that guide us toward profound transformation. Drawing from both professional training and the intuitive wisdom of shamanic, somatic, and ritual practices, I offer a spiritual approach to healing. By weaving together the power of talk therapy, transformative bodywork, and ritual, I support a deeper integration of mind, body, and spirit.

I offer 1:1 sessions through therapy and mentorship and lead or co-facilitate transformative retreats. I guide ceremonies and explorations of mystical realms and energy healing, creating sacred spaces for profound healing and self-discovery.

Throughout the year, there are various opportunities to join ceremonial work, both in group settings and private 1:1 experiences. INDIVIDUAL HEALING CONTAINER

A personalized, sacred space dedicated to your unique healing journey. Together, we explore your inner landscape, uncover patterns, and address areas of trauma or emotional blockages. Through a blend of psychotherapy, energy and body work, and spiritual practices, I guide you toward greater self-awareness, healing, and empowerment.

3-MONTHS MENTORSHIP

The 3-Month Mentorship combines a healing space with a sharp, focused approach to your personal soul journey. Therapy provides a safe container to heal trauma, process emotional wounds, and find grounding, while mentorship supports you in stepping beyond healing into active growth and transformation. Over three months, we dive into your deeper aspirations, strengthen your intuition, and clarify your path forward.
